  • When and How to Use

    Step 1: Suu Balm Gentle Moisturising Anti Dandruff Shampoo

    Apply 1-3 pumps, depending on your hair length, to your wet hair, then massage onto scalp and through to hair ends to gently cleanse. Leave in for several minutes for best effect, and then rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Avoid the eyes as it may sting; if shampoo does get in your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.

    Step 2: Suu Balm Rapid Itch Relief Scalp Spray Moisturiser


    Use any time when your scalp is itchy and/or dry and flaking. Remove the protective cap on the nozzle against the scalp and press to spray. Massage into the scalp. Apply as much and often as needed to stop the itch. Avoid the eyes, and do not spray into your ears. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Avoid open/cut skin, as it may sting.

I have paid the order HKD448 to SP GPD(HK) Limited through credit card on 8 Oct 2024. However, I have not received any delivery of the product up to now.
I have request for sending to Ms Lois Kwok with address at Flat B, 3/F, Block 1, Illumination Terrace, 5 Tai Hang Road Hong Kong. I just noted the delivery was canceled with no reason and I request the follow up through email for 3 times but no feedback.

Pls look into the matter or I will complain to the consumer counsel of hong kong

Feelings after use

My ten-year-old daughter has long hair and her hair gets oily in the summer. The weather changes and her scalp becomes patchy. Even washing her hair can’t solve the scalp problem. So I searched online to find out what products can improve it. After searching, I saw Suu Balm’s introduction and I boldly purchased the product online for about a week. After receiving the goods, I tried it out immediately and tried it about four times. It was obvious that the hair on my scalp was not that big and it was not that big. I hope that if I continue to try it, my daughter’s hair and scalp will be better.
